All trips are subject to weather/tidal conditions. All prices and schedules quoted are subject to change without notice. Trips may be cancelled at the discretion of Reef Magic Cruises Pty Ltd. Cancellation fees may apply.

Jungle Adventures:

Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure. 10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent. Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.

1770 LARC! Tours:

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure – fully refundable Cancellation made inside 24 hrs prior to departure – 20% cancellation fee Cancellation or no show on day of tour – 100% non refundable (If Cancellation is due to legitimate reasons (sickness etc) we are happy to offer a voucher to the value of cancelled tour valid for 6 months) If customer wishes to transfer tour booking on day of departure - $12 per person transfer fee to cover catering costs. If tours are cancelled by 1770 Environmental Tours due to rough weather policy, tour is fully refundable.
