BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Great Ocean Road - Otway Discovery:

Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price. The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control. The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.

Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Chevrolet Convertibles / Top Down Tours:

Cancellation may occur due to extremes in weather conditions, in these situations we will refund or change dates to suit customers request.

Down Under Cruise & Dive:

All monies forfeited unless we are notified 48 hours prior to departure. For passengers voluntarily leaving the vessel or withdrawing from a course after day one, there will be no refund. Cancellation of a dive course is fully refundable up until the end of day 1 only. Excluding deposit if paid. All Tours are subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. All dives are weather permitting and operate at the Captains discretion. No refund for incomplete dives. Any costs incurred by a client as a result of a delay or cancellation, including failure to make connections with any other service, are the responsibility of the passenger. We strongly recommend that all passengers have their own travel insurance to cover losses. Cancellation fees are 10% charge outside 14 days, 25% charge from 14 –8 days, 50% charge from 7—4 days and 100% charge within 72 hours of departure.
