BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Australian Day Tours:

DAY TOURS · Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. · If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies. . Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the tour may not be eligible for refund.

Sydney Pearl Cruises:

No refunds provided for cancellations.

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
